Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Guillem H. Pongiluppi, Barcelona 1981. He is a freelance illustrator specializing in historical research and virtual archeology. He works in art direction, conceptual art and matte painting for pre-production, and post-production for audiovisual and videogames. He has collaborated very closely with Didpatri, a cultural and research institution, who work on Didactics and Historical heritage for the University of Barcelona. With Didpatri hes worked on several projects based on the XVIII century, as well as the virtual reconstruction of Empries, the Born neighborhood, or the roman city of Calafell. He is author of historic books such: 1714 El Setge de Barcelona, Born 1714, Guerra aria a la batalla de lEbre o Els exrcits...
